    Jutsu Difficulty and Mastery
    Every Jutsu will be given a Justu Difficulty and Mastery Rating after being ran across the Sorakage/Admins.
    Each jutsu will also have a Rank Requirement where any rank below is doubled in difficulty.
    Jounin Jutsu [Rating of 15]
    Chunin learns it [30]
    Genin learns it [60].

    Jutsu Mastery is determined by the amount of successful training attempts.
    For example, If training a Jutsu with a difficulty rating of 10. Once successful Jutsu attempt will increase the mastery level by .20

    Natural Chakra Control Formula
    100 - Chakra Control= Failure Rate
    100 - 10.7% = 89.3%
    Meaning you must roll higher than an 89 to succeed

    Medical Ninjutsu
    Chakra Points is the Equivilant of Life Points
    Character Dies at Negative Chakra Levels

    MEDICAL NINJUTSU
    100 - Chakra Control = Failure Rate

    Healing rates
    5 Chakra Used | 5 Healed Per Post
    25 Chakra Used | 18.75 Healed Per Post
    50 Chakra Used | 30 Healed per Post
    100 Chakra Used | 50 Healed Per Post

    Ninjutsu Succession Formula
    Chakra Control - (Jutsu Difficulty / Jutsu Mastery) = Success rate
    Ex. 75.0 - (10 / 8.6) = 73.84%


    Genjutsu Succession Formula
    Users Chakra Control > Opponents Chakra Control
    70% > 50% = Success
    1. Chakra Control must be higher than opponents to cast Genjutsu. Exception to Difficulty rating and bind/non binding.
    2. All users can escape Genjutsu by weaving Tiger/Ram, If Genjutsu does not bind.
    3. Ally can surge chakra to help you escape Genjutsu.
    4. Physical pain can be used to escape Genjutsu

    Taijutsu


    SPEED: How fast you can move at a constant rate.
    BURST: How far you can instantly move.
    FORCE: How hard you can hit.
    STAMINA: Mirrors Chakra Pools but is increased through Physical Training.
    NATURAL ATTRITION: Applies after 3 posts of Physical Activity.

    Force 100: Punches create great gales of wind with your fist and small craters.
    Force 80: Punches break bones and cause internal bleeding
    Force 50: Punches causes fractures
    Force 25: Punches bruise
    Force 15: Punches are heavy.
    Force 5: Git gud I mean Normal Punch

    NATURAL ATTRITION

     
    Academy Student10% = 10 Posts
    Genin5% = 20 Posts
    Chunin2.5% = 40 Posts
    Jounin2% = 50 Posts
    Medical Ninja1% = 100 Posts
    Specialized Ninja1.5% = 67 Posts
    Anbu.8% = 125 Posts
